05/26/2017 - Scheduling Alert
Due to inclement weather, multiple outages outlined in Panhandle's 2017 Backhaul Project Maintenance Summary (Non-Critical Notice ID 7350) have been extended. Beginning Gas Day Wednesday, May 31, 2017, and until further notice, Panhandle will experience reduced capacity through the Zionsville and Edgerton Compressor Stations. Based on current nomination levels, Panhandle anticipates restrictions for Interruptible, Secondary Out-of-Path and Secondary In-Path nominations through Zionsville and Edgerton, in accordance with Section 8.8(c) of the Panhandle Tariff. Restrictions to nominations from Primary Receipts to Primary Deliveries are not anticipated at this time.
Shippers are encouraged to submit nominations for the TIM cycle. Evening and Intraday nominations are subject to scheduling reductions, regardless of rate schedule priority. The impact to Shippers is ultimately dependent upon nomination levels and physical capacity through the constraint.
To ensure system integrity, Power Plant Operators must have nominated supply. In addition, Panhandle requests all Plants downstream of Zionsville to provide their forecasted hourly consumption profile. If necessary, Panhandle may require all Shippers under Rate Schedule EFT, EIT, SCT, GDS or LFT to limit their hourly deliveries to one-sixteenth of the quantity scheduled for delivery on the applicable Day. Please refer to the GT&C Section 12.11(g) of the Panhandle tariff regarding the penalty provisions as it applies to customers in the event of noncompliance with this request.
Similarly, all storage customers are requested to stay at or below their Maximum Daily Withdrawal Quantity (MDWQ). Storage customers should adjust flowing volumes to remain at or below these limits.
Secondary nominations with market area receipts downstream of the Edgerton Compressor Station will be accepted.
