08/15/2019 - Messenger System Citrix Upgrade
On Monday, August 19th at 11:00 pm CST, Messenger+ will be performing an upgrade to the Citrix infrastructure, which is expected to be completed by 1:00 am on August 20th. There will be no anticipated outage or impact to users during the upgrade process.
Following the upgrade, if you encounter any issues accessing Messenger+, please contact the Messenger+ Help Line at 713-989-7800 in Houston or 877-689-7800 outside Houston.
