The PEPL Field Zone Firm Pooling Open Season

Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company, LP (PEPL) is soliciting binding bids from Shippers interested in acquiring firm pooling service utilizing PEPL's Firm Transportation F-Pool Service (Rate Schedule FT F-Pool) which meets the following criteria:

 

Primary Receipt Points: PEPL Field Zone receipt points upstream of Alva Compressor Station (subject to available capacity)

Primary Delivery Point: F-Pool

 

Operationally available point capacities can be found on PEPL's ebb: http://peplmessenger.energytransfer.com/ipost/PEPL

 

Open Season CQ: 100,000 Dth/d from receipt points upstream of the Alva Compressor station (subject to available capacity)

Start Date: September 1, 2020

Minimum Term: 1 Year

Rate: Tariff

 

Any interested party must complete the attached binding bid form and return it to PEPL, via email or fax as directed below. The deadline for submitting bids is 12 PM CST on August 27, 2020.

 

All bids shall be deemed to be binding on Shippers. PEPL reserves the right to reject any and all bids, including non-conforming bids. Bids that do not meet the criteria set forth above, are incomplete or would require changes to the FT F-Pool Form of Service Agreement set forth in PEPL's Tariff will be deemed non-conforming bids. PEPL's discretion to reject or accept a bid, including any non-conforming bid, shall be exercised on a not unduly discriminatory basis.

 

After the close of this Open Season, PEPL will evaluate all conforming and acceptable bids. Awards of capacity, if any, will be based on the greatest net present value of the reservation charges produced by an acceptable bid, or combination of acceptable bids, received in this Open Season. Bids with an equal net present value will be awarded on a pro rata basis.
