3/19/2021 - Extension of OFO Penalty Payment Deadline

During the period of February 15-18, 2021 several shippers on Panhandle's system incurred penalties under the OFO provisions of Panhandle's tariff.  On March 9, 2021, Panhandle filed to seek a waiver of its OFO cash out billings incurred on the day of February 15, 2021.  On March 16, 2021 several parties filed at FERC asking that all penalty amounts billed by Panhandle for the entire period of February 15-18, 2021 be waived. 

As a result, Panhandle will extend the deadline for paying all billed penalty amounts associated with this time period until 10 days after the FERC has ruled on Panhandle's waiver request and the other comments filed in the FERC proceeding, with such amounts modified as necessary to comply with such FERC order.
