04/06/2021 - New Web-based Messenger+ Training Update #1

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the transitioning to a new web-based Messenger+ will be postponed until further notice. We will update this posting once we have an updated training and launch date timeline.

Panhandle will be transitioning to a new web-based Messenger+ ("M+") system beginning in mid-May 2021.

All areas of PEPL's current M+ system will be re-created with a new look and feel which include:

1.     Contracts and Capacity Release

2.     Nominations and Scheduling

3.     Imbalance Trading

4.     Invoicing and Reports

Beginning in mid-April 2021, PEPL will provide customers access to the M+ system Training environment where you can practice and get familiar with the screens. PEPL will offer training videos on demand in its website for customers to view at your convenience. The individual training videos will cover specific topics such as "How to Access M+", "How to Enter a Capacity Release", and "How to Enter a Nomination". Upon request, PEPL will also schedule individual training sessions via WebEx. The training videos and WebEx sessions will be available beginning in mid-April 2021.

Due to COVID-19, PEPL has no plans for any in-person training sessions at this time but will make every effort to train its customers to be fully proficient in the new M+ screens prior to going live in mid-May 2021.
