09/20/2021 - National Helium Plant Turnaround Update #1
DCP Midstream has scheduled its annual National Helium Plant turnaround to begin on Gas Day September 14, 2021. Processing and dehydration will be shut down, and the Btu content of gas downstream of NHC will increase. Panhandle will be monitoring the water content of receipt points upstream of NHC. Expected completion date is October 4, 2021.
In addition, Panhandle will be ESDS testing at the Liberal compressor station for six to eight hours on Gas Day September 15, 2021. There is no anticipated impact to shipper nominations.
