The Red Bluff Express Pipeline is an approximately 120-mile Texas intrastate pipeline made up of 30-inch, 36-inch and 42-inch diameter pipe. It is designed to transport approximately 2.0 billion cubic feet per day (BCf/d) of clean-burning natural gas from processing plants in the Delaware Basin in West Texas to the Waha Hub, encouraging continued production in the U.S. energy sector. Texas-based Energy Transfer is responsible for operating the pipeline which traverses Reeves, Loving, Ward, and Pecos counties.
